About our founder
Idania Ramirez
Idania Ramirez is a first-gen Mexican - US born trailblazer and longtime communicator who has worked as a journalist on a local, national and international level for organizations like Univision, Telemundo and in various countries including El Salvador, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and more.
With experience also leading communication campaigns, marketing and social media strategies for local communities, state governments and international humanitarian orgs like Kiva, Voces Mesoamericanas and more, she brings a unique approach with her experience in journalism, marketing, non-profit, social impact and personal development as a long time life coach and facilitator for personal development workshops and events in the United States and Latin America.
Having worked directly as a facilitator in prisons, rehab centers, leading women circle events and more, her humanitarian lens, marketing skills and communication experience make her a dynamic leader rooted in culture, compassion, versatility, strategy and a true desire to help everyone grow.
More than her career...
Idania is lead by her faith first in everything. She loves being in nature any free time she has, dancing anything - mainly salsa, learning new crafts, in-love with her dog Sanse, family oriented, world traveler, glows when she can motivate people and help them be in their greatest potential and lover of deep conversations and loud laughs where you clap of the excitement.
Her main goal is to be the greatest version God has for her and being this with others is her greatest joy.
